Edgy Las Vegas-based hard rock outfit Adelitas Way broke into the mainstream in 2009 with the song “Invincible,” which appeared on numerous television spots for CSI Miami and served as the theme song for the weekly World Wrestling Entertainment Superstars show. Formed in the late 2000s by lead vocalist Rick DeJesus and lead guitarist Chris Iorio, the band (which also included rhythm guitarist Keith Wallen, bassist Derek Johnston, and drummer Trevor Stafford) released its eponymous debut on Virgin Records in July 2009.

The band’s sophomore effort, Home School Valedictorian, arrived in summer 2011 and featured new lead guitarist Robert Zakaryan after Iorio left the group within five months of their debut’s release. At the end of 2012, writing began for the band’s third album, while only six months later, Keith Wallen and Derek Johnston announced that they were leaving. In July 2013 the group entered the studio with Grammy Award-winning producer Nick Raskulinecz to record Stuck, which was released the following year and featured the hit single “Dog on a Leash,” which peaked at number seven on the U.S. Mainstream Rock Chart.

2015 saw the release of the Deserve This EP, and the following year, the band issued their fourth studio long player, Getaway. 2017’s Notorious included the singles “Tell Me” and “Ready for War (Pray for Peace),” the latter of which served as the theme song to TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs, a WWE pay-per-view event. Blacklite District have made a name for themselves over the past few years thanks not just to their music, but also their videos. The duo of Kyle Pfeiffer and Roman James, based out of Spearfish, S.D., first notched a charting single with "With Me Now," a No. 34-peaking song on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Songs airplay chart in 2013, but it began to gain steam thanks to a series of clips on YouTube with its music set to footage from the popular video game Minecraft. Lo and behold, Blacklite District have accumulated more than 100 million views on videos set to their songs since then, including a clip featuring "Cold as Ice," its second Mainstream Rock Songs appearance from earlier this year. Another Day Dawns is a high-energy hard rock band that was established in 2010 by drummer Nick McGeehan and guitarist Tyler Ritter of Lehighton, Pennsylvania. Initially performing classic rock covers, the addition of frontman Dakota Sean ignited their evolution into a full-on original act. Writing music at a breakneck pace, the trio quickly generated buzz across the northeast Pennsylvania region.

Another Day Dawns earned opening slots for Fuel, Avatar, Sammy Hagar, Godsmack, Puddle of Mudd, Bad Flower, Trapt, Breaking Ben, 5 Finger Deathpunch, Daughtry, and BuckCherry. They band also accompanied former lead singer of Hinder, Austin John Winkler in his 2017 tour. As one of five finalists in the national NeXt2rock competition, Another Day Dawns took the opportunity to play the legendary Viper Room in LA.
