+ Clown Lounge Pop-Up Market featuring:
Queenie and Pearl, Winter Artist Project, Vintage by Lori B, and more
Just four men paying homage to a bundle of sticks by spraying physical graffiti on the houses of the holy. Paul Boblett, John Eller, Terrance Fisher, Noah Levy.
Founded in 2015 by guitarist Corinne Caouette and bassist Pamela Laizure, Minneapolis-based Black Widows also includes Sarah Muellerleile on guitar and Tanya Tobalyas Moore on drums. Black Widows is known for their wily, surfy guitar tones, gritty bass lines, and heavy drums, all topped with catchy lyrics and girl-group harmonies.
“I suggest you catch these dudes in town while you still can. They seem the type that would split to the woods for the weekend and never come back. Regardless the twangy, organ-heavy jams are a breath of fresh air in Minnesota where it seems the forecast is heavy on the hip-hop, 80’s synth-pop and dork-folk. Red Daughters fit the bill to catch waves on The Current but would also fit nicely in the middle of KQRS airplay.” [More Cowbell]
