SINGLES GOING STEADY
A Night of Single Releases

Note: $12.00 is the day of show price.
Revenge Wedding and Kris Gruen will perform between bands in the Clown Lounge.

RYAN AND PONY

Ryan and Pony is a brand-new project, although these two indie-rockers have been kickin’ around the Minneapolis music scene for years. Whether it be fronting The Melismatics or playing with the likes of Soul Asylum, Mark Mallman, Phil Solem, The Rembrandts, Grant Hart, or Benjamin Cartel they have always brought an energy and passion to the stage and studio that is infectious.

BENJAMIN CARTEL

When his indie-folk band, Kaiser Cartel, took an indefinite break after releasing their second album, Benjamin Cartel decided to move ahead by going back to where he’d started. That meant resurrecting the buzz-worthy solo career he’d kicked off in New York City, back in the early ’00s.

SAINT SMALL

Saint Small is a band of friends from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Saint Small is a phrase used in Saint Paul when you meet someone new and discover a surprise connection – a mutual friend, a past lover, bandmate or neighbor. Saint Small refers to the way everyone and everything seems to be connected, to the little things that unite us all.

REVENGE WEDDING

Four beautiful boys with more hooks than a god damn tackle box. Brent Hedtke, Reed Wilkerson, J Cole Blodgett, Brent Hanson.

KRIS GRUEN

Kris Gruen writes songs about grownup life infused with a mystic wonder, softening the world’s sharp edges like a glass of exceptionally fine bourbon. Kris grew up steeped in classic records. His Americana influenced new folk is grounded in the tradition of great narrative songwriters like Cat Stevens and Paul Simon and yet Kris’s voice is strikingly current. A New York City native who’s put down roots in Vermont, Kris effortlessly blends sagacious wit and emotional depth.
